Our Therapy Room

Welcome to the Therapy Room

The environment plays a vital role in helping children and families feel safe, grounded, and ready to explore their experiences.
At HJ Trauma Support, sessions take place in a calm and comfortable therapy space designed to promote emotional regulation and connection.

Located within the tranquil setting of Rownhams House, Hampshire, the room provides privacy, warmth, and a sense of safety for both children and adults.

Whether sessions involve creative work, talking, or reflection, the space has been thoughtfully created to feel welcoming and emotionally containing.
