Safeguarding Policy
I have a professional and legal duty to protect children, young people, and adults at risk from harm. This policy explains my safeguarding responsibilities, how I recognise and report concerns, and the steps taken to ensure all work is conducted safely.

Life can be unpredictable. This policy outlines how to cancel or reschedule appointments, notice periods required, and how missed or late cancellations are managed. It helps ensure fairness and clear communication for everyone involved.

Complaints Procedure
If at any time you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, I encourage you to raise this so it can be addressed promptly and respectfully. This policy explains how to make a complaint and what you can expect in response.
